Antique S.C. Rubbs Chemist Bottle – Sun Purpled Glass c1900 Venetian glass Approx 12–13 cm acrossEnglish chemists bottle embossed S. C. Rubbs, dating to the late 19th to early 20th century. Moulded in clear glass now turned a soft amethyst tone through long term sun exposure, with vertical paneling and a square base. Applied lip finish. Displays well as part of an apothecary or bottle collection. Condition: age wear and surface haze to one side, no visible cracks. Height: approx. 1920 cm.
