Jean Guiton Pinot Noir Bourgogne Cote-D'Or, 2021 lylesupper We would pair it with100% Pinot Noir from this little heart of Burgundy. Honest country wines like this are seldom seen and enjoyed at such a lovely value. Punching above its weight and offering more fruit than expected in an otherwise lean vintage, this Red Burg serves up bright red cherry fruit and approachable complexity fit for a traditional roasted chicken dinner replete with braised fennel and potatoes with fresh herbs and sour cream. Enjoy!
