Judging by the brass fittings etc, this is a nice early example dating to late 19th or early 20th Century. Given the age of this item it is still in remarkably good condition. The model is of the larynx and the top of the trachea. The model splits open to show vocal cords, muscles cartilage, veins and nerves.
