Manfrotto 055CB spare 8 is a good quality

8 is a good quality "normal" lens for the standard M42 thread mount

There's no retaining ring included

and USB charging cable (with adapter)

this is actually a pretty contemporary-feeling camera: the body is well designed and solid-feeling

Screws into the front of nearly any lens with a 55mm filter diameter and provides a pretty dramatic extra bit of magnification

Manfrotto 055CB spare 8 is a good qualityThe Manfrotto 055CB is a very solid, all metal tripod that can hold almost any reasonably sized camera (let's say that reasonable means up to 5x7 ish). Extends to about 5 feet without centre column. In excellent condition, with only very minor wear. Accepts any head with a standard 3 8" thread (head is sold separately.)
