Buzz Rickson's BR80586 Type G-1 “A. Pritzker & Sons, inc.” - Dark Brown tees and two hidden compartmentsFirst issued just after WWII, the G 1 is the longest lasting U. S. Navy flight jacket. While the materials have changed, the G 1 is known for its wool collar, leather body, two flap waist pockets, and cuff and waist ribbing. This version is based off the A. Pritzker & Sons fulfillment of spec. 55 J 14, between 1948 and 1951. Made of a vegetable tanned goat skin, the collar is a shearling sheep mouton with the ribbing also made of 100% wool.
