Warranty and Non Warranty Services
We have Six Service Centers spread across Oman and 24 fully equipped Service Vehicles including three number of 3 Ton Trucks to ensure the best service for our Warranty/Non Warranty Customers.
Currently we have more than 35 technicians to take care of customer Complaints. Complaints are being attended within 24 Hours in Capital Area and 48 Hours in the Remote Area.
We have the best infrastructure in the Market as far as Service is concerned.
Our Service Outlets are located in Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Sur, Nizwa & Sur.

- We conduct Customer and Dealer opinion survey regularly to get the feedback of our service performance in order to take corrective actions wherever needed.
- Genetco Service has a state of art Spare Parts store catering to all the needs related to Spare Parts and maintains optimum stock of spare parts at all our Service locations.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
- We offers Competitive annual maintenance contracts for customers to ensure trouble free performance of their appliances after manufactures initial warranty period expires. AMCs are available which can be customized depending on the product category and according to individual requirements with fair terms and conditions.

- We do Installation and Demo for High End Audio /Video Products purchased from our Retail Outlets at the customer premises on request.
- Air Conditioners - Sales Support
- We carry out prior purchase site inspection on sales team request and Project coordination and technical Support for Installation and commissioning.
- We do A/C installations as per the request of Sales, Hypermarkets through Authorized Sub Contractors under our supervision.
Collection and delivery services for dealers/Hyper markets
- We provide value added support to all Dealers/Hyper Markets by ensuring Collection and Delivery Service for customer Units that require Service and repairs.
