JOB TITLE : Contracts Manager
DEPARTMENT : FMES
RESPONSIBLE TO : Operations Manager
Main Purpose of Job:

• To be responsible for all operations including staff, budget and performance of the FM Services in their Contract(s).

 

• To effectively manage and develop all FM services within the Contract(s) by implementing best practices and improvement intiaitives.

• Maintaining a close liaison with the client to ensure day to day requirements and delivering of the contract are met - meeting the client’s expectations.

• To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets, compliance with KPI’s & SLA’s, 

• Be fully conversant with and understand the requirements of the contract documentation in terms of responsibilities, obligations and scope of services. 


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To strive at all times, to deliver high quality of FM services by applying professional expertise and management technequies when possible achieving added value, increased productivity, and cost efficiencies.

• To formulate in conjunction with Company Management and the Client, suitable strategies to meet demands of service provision and ongoing improvement.

• To produce a contract budget and be responsible for the actual performance against budget and to take remedial action when applicable.

• To exercise financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within agreed budgets.  To maximise profitability of the Contract 

• To generate monthly Authority to Invoices for processing, following up on any unpaid invoices, providing detailed calarification / justification.   

• To implement and maintain performance monitoring system, while being accountable for the monthly performance. This should be documented in a monthly report to demonstrate the level of service delivered, including work activities analysis and recommendations.  

• To promote the highest standards of customer satisfaction and to monitor the quality of all services provided to customers.

• To be involved in business development activities for renewal of the existing and new related Contract(s) for the same cleint.

• Ensure that the dress code & apprearance of all staff are in keeping with the high standards set out by Genetco and the client. Also to ensure staff have the correct PPE to carry out their work safely.

• To Train, motivate and develop staff to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Trainging of Staff is a Prime Task!

• To clearly define to himseld, set and monitor the objectives for the contract and for each of the job holders as well as all subcontractors ensuring their maximum contribution to the quality service delivery.

• To develop good communication and relationships at all levels within the team and with all colleagues and customers. Hold weekly review meetings with your superviors and a formal monthy client meeting. 

• To ensure the appraisal of the performance of all staff and provide relevant training and development to achieve the highest standards of personal contribution.

• Ensure minimum stock suppliers/parts/ materials are maintained so that Genetco teams can act promptly to site requirement. All stock usage should be controlled / tracked, maintaining accurate records of all stock movement and stock balance.

• To identify and develop opportunities to enhance business and revenue growth.

• Support and promote the FMES Vision and Values, encouraging top staff performance.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality to ensure sensitive personnel and corporate information are protected.

• To comply with the Company’s Policies, Procedures and written instructions.

• To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety management system & guidelines. Ensure Proepr training on Heath and safty is conducted by Head office is frequently performed

• To support the Company's Quality Policy ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 45001-2018 and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.

• Be available to answer Cleint calls 24/7

• To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description.

Other Qualification:
• B.sc in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

• 10 yrs minimum experience with minimum 3 yrs in Gulf.

• GCC Driving License

• Has experience in Managing / Supervising more than 100 people 

• Preferred age bracket: 32 – 40 yrs

• Good English language is a must 

• Good Communication Skils

• Microsoft Office and usage of Excell sheets is a must
